About Me
My career in B2B tech started oh-so-long ago (read: 1990s) in the marketing department of an Austin, TX videoconferencing company when our website consisted of some scrolling lime green banner text and our phone number.
Happily I was able to get out of the digital dark ages and experience the early days of marketing automation by being an Eloqua customer and then an Eloqua employee. Still one of the proudest moments in my career was launching “Topliners” in 2011, the thriving Eloqua customer community.
Since that time I’ve worked in leadership roles in customer experience, customer success and customer marketing/advocacy at companies such as PathFactory, Workfront, Adobe and most recently 6sense where I created the award-winning “RevCity” community in 2022.
No matter what role I’ve been in, my guiding light has always been “customer delight”. We sign contracts as companies, but the day-to-day interactions happen between real humans. If those interactions are delightful, frictionless, and full of value, we create a differentiated customer experience which is a win for everyone.
(P.S. - In case you were wondering, my last name is pronounced ‘fey’.)
