It can be lonely to be a Customer Marketer or Community Manager. You’re often the only person in your organization with that role so it’s hard to find people to learn from and collaborate with. That’s where I come in. I can be your sounding board, while also coaching your skills and career growth.

Six-Hour Packages

Ongoing support for your growth and development.

  • You’re ready to develop your career skills over the course of several months but aren’t sure where to start.

Ad-Hoc Sessions

Perfect for when you just need a bit of help from time-to-time.

Examples:

  • You want a sanity-check of your plans or just need to bounce ideas off of someone who understands customer marketing and communities.

  • You’re tackling a specific customer engagement-related problem and looking for clear on-topic advice.

  • You’re struggling with the best way to measure the success of your program.

  • You need to practice an important presentation and get feedback.

  • How to build trust across the organization (especially with the customer success team)
